Italian Gelato PNG has been operating in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea since 2017.

Our goal is to bring a little taste of Italy to the people of Papua New Guinea. We do this by following three key principles.

First, never compromise on ingredients! Our product is only as good as what goes into it, that’s why we work closely with local and international suppliers to get the very best ingredients.

Second, we follow the traditional Italian style. Our kitchen staff have been trained in authentic Italian methods, using the same techniques and equipment you would see in Italy.

Third, we get creative! Our Gelato chefs are constantly creating new flavours and experiences for our customers. To date we have created and launched over 65 flavours into the PNG market and plan to launch many more in the future.
